 m + n + 1 = 14
 m + n + p = 15
What is the value of p?

The total number of books that Max reads over the summer can be found using the expression 3n + 2= 17, where n represents the number of weeks. After how many weeks will he have read 17 books?
a) 3
b) 4
c) 5
d) 8
Solve the missing value. Show your work! One step variable.

Y+10=18                c-8=19               y+11=19

Solve the missing term. Show your work. Two step variable.

R
__ - 6 = 15
7                         11X + 9 = 130 f
__   - 4 = 11
