 For this next challenge you may need to do a little bit of research. I will accept this challenge until the end of the week.
The English language is rich in nouns that describe groups of the same animals. (e.g. colony of ants, bed of snakes). For this activity I will give you an animal and you need to research what its group name is.

Update

Good Evening Everyone,

At the beginning of every week I will try and post an overview on what we will be working on in each subject area. Over the next few weeks, I am will be in contact either through phone or email to check in and introduce myself.

Math:

We are working through the first 20 days of Mathematics. Students are working on different math problems in partners and we are focusing on a developing a growth mindset and more grit

- We have also been exploring place value of whole numbers to 1 000 000

Literacy:

-We are listening to audio podcast "Mars Patel" and revisiting the different reading strategies 

-We will be starting to construct our first piece of writing a personal recount later this week

Science:

-We are starting our unit on Biodiversity. We will be looking at why we classify things and the explore the different kingdoms of living things
