MATH CHALLENGE- Solve the 4 riddles below. Put your answers into your agenda. Signatures will be rewarded :)
Use the digits below to answer each number in the riddle. You cannot repeat digits within a number
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
a) I am the largest four digit odd number you can make. What number am I?
b) I am the smallest 5 digit even number you can make. What number am I?
c) I am the largest 5 digit even number you can make that has a 3 in the thousands place. What number am I?
d) I am the smallest 5 digit number you can make that has all odd digits. What number am I?
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
ODD NUMBERS END IN 1, 3, 5, 7, 9
EVEN NUMBERS END IN 0, 2, 4, 6, 8
i have a question:
ReplyDeleteis is you cant repeat numbers in a single 4/5 digit number, or is it you cant repeat any numbers in the whole question?
You can use each number for each riddle.
